Is it me, or has the past month flown by? It seems like I just got July's Popsugar Must Have Box, but my August box was delivered today! I saw spoilers for this box yesterday, but as usual, I was much more excited to see everything in person. Here's what I got:
Kendra Scott Elle Earrings in Slate: These earrings already make the box worth it for me. I love the simple yet elegant design, and the gray color will work with almost everything in my wardrobe. They are also surprisingly light, considering their size, which is nice.
Paddywax Ocean Tide + Sea Salt Mini Jar Candle: The scent of this candle is supposed to have fragrance notes of sea salt and ocean tide. I usually have either floral or "warm," fall scents, but this one is light and refreshing.
Goodbyn Purple Meal and Dipper Set: I almost always take my lunch to work, so this will come in handy. I like the little dipper container.
The Mason Jar Cookie Company: I like the idea of this cookie mix. It is a premixed cookie mix, and all you need to add are butter and an egg. Unfortunately for me, I can't eat gluten, so I can't use this at all. However, my sister's birthday is this month. I bought her a gift already, but this will be a nice addition. It would have been better if this was in an actual mason jar instead of a plastic pouch, but I hope my sister enjoys making--and eating--the cookies!
Lollia At Last Perfumed Shower Gel: When I was in the shower this morning, I noticed that I was almost out of shampoo. Other than an occasional sample, I almost never get shampoo in subscription boxes. However, I have about five bottles of body wash just waiting for me to use! Anyway, this is a rather heavy perfumed scent that reminds me a bit of The Body Shop's White Musk. It's not bad, and I'll use this...eventually!
Bite Beauty Lush Fruit Lip in Popsugar: I love Bite Beauty products and have a couple of their lip glosses already, so I was very happy to see this. This color looks like the Popsugar pink that is on their boxes, and it was made exclusively for Popsugar Must Have's second birthday. The color is quite bright, but the gloss is fairly sheer, so it looks nice on me. I will be wearing this a lot, I'm sure.
thinkThin Brownie Crunch High Protein Bar: This was a "special extra" item. I've never had protein bars from this brand before, but it sounds pretty good, and it is gluten free. I'll put it in my bag for work on Monday.
This was a great box! It was definitely my favorite Popsugar Must Have Box of the past several months. With the exception of the cookie mix, I'll be able to use all of the items, and I especially love the earrings and lip gloss. I'm already excited for next month!
